Returns: you may request a return within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Refunds: once we receive and inspect your return, your refund is processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Exceptions: sale items and gift cards may not be eligible for return.
